Sensitive Information: Treinco does not collect sensitive information such as health or financial data.

The collected data is used solely to provide the services requested by the user. Treinco does not use personal data for marketing purposes nor shares it with third parties.

We use encrypted connections to protect your information. In the event of a security breach, users will be informed immediately, and measures will be taken to mitigate the impact.

Users have the right to delete their account and all associated data at any time by sending an email to support@treinco.com.

User data is retained for 90 days unless a longer period is requested. After that period, the information is permanently deleted from our servers.

We do not transfer user data outside of our own servers. All information is securely stored in centralized locations under our control.

Consent is obtained through formal agreements signed by client organizations. Users can withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email.
